1. Membership

   • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
   • Members must present valid identification upon entry.

2. Facility Use

   • Members must follow all posted rules and guidelines.
   • Proper gym attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required at all times.

3. Liability Waiver

   • Gym Go is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal items.
   • Members are encouraged to consult a physician before starting any fitness program.

4. Payment and Fees

   • Membership fees must be paid on time to maintain access to the facility.
   • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Code of Conduct

   • Respectful behavior toward staff and other members is mandatory.
   • Any disruptive behavior may result in membership termination without refund.

6. Modifications

   • Gym Go reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels.
